Dr. Abonour departs Evansville on the first leg of Miles for Myeloma 2009
Miles for Myeloma has raised more than $1.75 million for IU Simon Cancer Center myeloma research since 2005. Our goal this year is to raise another $250,000 in order to reach a cumulative total of $2 million dollars generated to support myeloma research. These funds come mostly from gifts generated by patients and their families. Please consider conducting your own fundraising campaign by allowing us to prepare letters for you to send to your family and friends, asking them to contribute to this event. Even in tough economic times, these funds are essential for continuing research that will lead to better treatment options for patients with multiple myeloma. No gifts are too small, and all gifts are appreciated! 100% of funds go to Multiple Myeloma Research
