Awards
Victoria Champion, DNS, professor of nursing, received the 2007 Glenn W. Irwin, Jr. M.D. Research Scholar Award. The Irwin Research Scholar Award is IUPUI's highest recognition of outstanding continuing research by a colleague. Named after Dr. Glenn W. Irwin, Jr., a former IUPUI chancellor and dean of the School of Medicine, the award recognizes a high level of achievement in research or creative activity. Champion will receive the award at the 2007 Chancellor's Academic Honors Convocation on April 27.
