IU Health University Hospital, which is part of IU Health, provides adult in-patient services and research support to the IU Simon Cancer Center. Special services and features include:

• Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplant Program
• Coleman Center for Women’s Health
• Multidisciplinary Prostate Research and Treatment Center 
• Center for Treatment of Head and Neck
• the first PET (positron emission tomography) facility in Indiana, which is used for both cancer detection and research on new PET applications
• pathology services and the IU/Lilly Tissue Bank, which stores human tissue for research purposes
