Genitourinary Oncology Program

The Genitourinary Oncology Program of the IU Simon Cancer Center offer comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to patients with all stages of urinary tract and male reproductive (genitourinary) cancers, including cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, penis, ureter, as well as extragonadal germ cell tumors and transitional cell cancer of the kidney and ureter.

Our team is comprised of specialists in medical oncology, urology, radiation oncology, dietetics, psychology and nursing who work together to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient. In cases of cancer affecting the urologic tract, patients benefit from a multidisciplinary approach between the urology and cancer programs.  Our extensive network of caregivers and specialists can be involved at a moment‘s notice.
