Wilms Tumor Treatment Timeline
Regimen I

Regimen UH-1

Irinotecan/Vincristine Window Therapy
After completion of the window therapy treatment, patients continue on with either Regimen UH1 or Regimen UH2 chemotherapy, depending on the tumor's response to the window therapy.

Regimen UH-2
If your child has participated in the Irinotecan/Vincristine Window Therapy, and the tumor responded well (reduced in size), he/she will continue on with Regimen UH2 chemotherapy.

Regimen DD4A

Regimen EE4A

Regimen M

Children originally treated on Regimen DD4A, with non-pulmonary metastases or with LOH, usually switch to Regimen M after 6 weeks of Regimen DD4A therapy.
