In Vivo Therapeutics Core

The mission of the In Vivo Therapeutics (IVT) Core is to provide IUSCC investigators with cost-effective and comprehensive services to facilitate the development and testing of novel pharmacological and cellular therapies.

 

• The following mouse strains are available from the on-site breeding facility: NOD/SCID, NOD/SCID/IL2Rgammanull, Boy/J, and F1/BoyJxC57Bl/6.
• All animal studies must be pre-approved by the IACUC. The core maintains a IACUC-approved study dedicated to in vivo animal studies. If needed, the core director will work with the principal investigator to construct and submit their animal study amendment.
• The core will act as a liaison between the principal investigator and any other outcome analyses from live phase study.
• Study design and deliverables can be modified to suit the requirements of a specific animal study.
