Dr. Yan's research interests include:
1) Lipid metabolic reprogramming in cancer immunotherapy and checkpoint inhibition 2) Functional roles of myeloid-suppressive cells in tumor immunology 3) Functional roles of endothelial cells in tumorigenesis 4) Establishment of cancer animal models and patient-derived xenograft models 5) Lung cancer biomarker identification.
